The North Stars Peewee ‘B’ hockey team entered the state tournament on March 5 with a less than 500 season as an underdog.
Their first game was played against Fargo with an earlier loss to them in the regular season. The Stars beat them in the first seeding round 3-1, guaranteeing them a spot in the championship side of the bracket.
