Arrest warrant issued in Pembina County meth delivery case

By Valley News and Views Staff An arrest warrant has been issued for a Langdon man accused of delivering methamphetamine in Pembina County. According to court documents, Ryan Blair Magnus, 53, has been charged with the Class B felony of delivery of a controlled substance.

Man serves 30 years, murder conviction vacated
