A Walsh County man was arrested late in the evening on Tuesday, April 26, after fleeing law enforcement.Just before 10:00 p.m. in rural Minto, a Walsh County Deputy was attempting to follow up on multiple reckless driving complaints involving 59-year-old Darrell Rudnik of Minto.

By Valley News and Views Staff After a weekend filled with fires, including one that required a multi-department response for additional water and manpower, Pembina County Emergency Management has declared a fire emergency and implemented a burn ban effective immediately.
