Walsh County man arrested after fleeing law enforcement

A Walsh County man was arrested late in the evening on Tuesday, April 26, after fleeing law enforcement.Just before 10:00 p.m. in rural Minto, a Walsh County Deputy was attempting to follow up on multiple reckless driving complaints involving 59-year-old Darrell Rudnik of Minto.
