Oct. 3, was a Tuesday for the books for local law enforcement officials. Starting in the early hours, Walsh County authorities pursued a high speed chase, resulting in the arrest of a rural Drayton man. By that afternoon, Walsh County authorities were once again on another chase to quickly arrive at the location where a small child was reported to have been alone on the side of I-29.
