Bismarck, N.D. – Tax Commissioner Brian Kroshus announced today that North Dakota’s taxable sales and purchases for the third quarter of 2023 are up 5.5% compared to the same time frame in 2022. Taxable sales and purchases for July, August, and September of 2023 were $7.1 billion.
