Qualifying North Dakotans can expect to receive more assistance to help with heating costs

North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced that the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will now provide more assistance to qualifying households.HHS is currently accepting LIHEAP applications.
