Craft event scheduled at the Pembina State Museum
PEMBINA, N.D. – “Make Your Own Red River Oxcart” is set for Saturday, Jan. 27, at the Pembina State Museum from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Make a model oxcart with popsicle sticks to take home, and learn about the Métis, oxcarts, and the Red River Valley fur trade. The event is for those age 6 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All materials will be provided.
