A 23-year-old Kennedy Minnesota woman has been charged with two counts of murder in Kittson County after the body of a dead man was discovered on Thursday in the city of Hallock.
The Kittson County Sheriff’s Office says they found the adult male at a home in the 200 block of 2nd Street SW in Hallock.
