Halloween has always been a fun holiday for children and adults alike. People get to make believe for a day and resurrect the innocence of playfulness and imagination. For one area woman, it has become a crafty way to imagine and create while enjoying the youthful activity of generous giving to many children who stop by to experience the dedicated efforts of her Halloween enthusiasm.
