It’s that time of year, cucumbers are to be pickled! Check out these recipes.
Frig-Cukes
2 cups sugar
1 cups vinegar
1/3 cup pickling salt
1 large onion, sliced
1 gallon sliced cakes with the peel
Mix sugar, vinegar and pickling salt together and pour over dukes and onion. Let sit over night before using.
