Balmy weather gives break from subzero temperatures

Some people may not consider a high of 37 degrees to be balmy, however, compared to sub zero temperatures it sure feels wonderful. The area region has had a winter that has been much more reminiscent of winters from days gone by. There has been more snow and colder temperatures than experienced in the last few years.
