This week I was gifted some wonderful apples. I have been busy making pies and apple crisp. Next up is a favorite.
Apple Cream Pie
Line a pie plate with an unbaked crust. Fill 1/2 full of small thinly sliced apples.
Mix:1 heaping tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
