As a student at North Dakota State University, I’m happy to see US Senator Kevin Cramer providing leadership in Washington. That’s especially true when it comes to the issue of federal permitting reform, which is necessary if North Dakota is going to move forward with a number of infrastructure and energy projects that will create well-paying jobs.
