PHONES BANE OR BLESSING?
Pain or pleasure--What do you get from yours? Like me-some of both? When a computer voice refuses to accept my answer when it doesn't fall into the YES or NO they want or when the menu of a company I've called doesn't include any item that fits my request==that's a Big pain. Then I'd like to give IT a pain and throw the thing across the room!
