First rhubarb pie of the year
Made my first rhubarb pie this year, love rhubarb pie. I got this recipe from a friend 20 years ago, hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Rhubarb Pie
Prepare a recipe for two crusts.
4 cups rhubarb
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
