Nov. 21 marked one year since 16-year-old Elijah White Lightning went missing, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is asking for the public’s help to locate the teen.Elijah was 15 years old when he went missing from Bismarck, North Dakota, on Nov. 21, 2024.
