Prism of proseSeven centuries before Calvary, Isaiah, the prophet of God, told of Jesus Christ’s crucifixion. Isaiah told of the reaction to Christ’s coming: “Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?” (Isaiah 53:1, John 12:38, NLT).

Luke 12:13-15 records a brief encounter Jesus had with a man who had a request for Him – “Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.” Perhaps both parents had passed away, and now he and his brother must decide to whom the belongings will go.

2025 Tourism & Community Enhancement Grant recipients

The North Dakota Department of Commerce has announced the recipients of the 2025 Tourism and Community Enhancement Grants. Funded by the 69th Legislative Assembly, the grants are designed to enhance tourism, strengthen community infrastructure and preserve historic landmarks across the state.

'The Miracle on 34th Street' screening at the Pembina State Museum
